These Terms of Use apply to your purchase and use of Threads to First Sale: The 14-Day Digital Product Promotion Starter Kit (“the Guide”) offered by Think Digital LLC, operating as Laptop Money (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Guide is an independent digital educational resource, not a managed marketing service.
At the stated $27 price, the Guide consists of one 16-page downloadable PDF with a 60-minute quick start, six adaptable Threads post templates, a 14-day action checklist, a product-page copy framework, and three worksheets containing 18 fillable fields. Product descriptions and checkout information should match these terms.
Who the Guide is for
The Guide is intended for adults who already own or are licensed to sell a digital product and have a working online purchase link. You need access to Threads to follow the exercises. The Guide does not teach product creation from scratch, build a storefront for you, or provide done-for-you marketing.
Pricing, payment and delivery
The advertised price is $27 for one digital download, unless a clearly stated offer or discount is provided. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount are displayed before you complete payment. There is no recurring subscription attached to the Guide.
Purchases are intended to be processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Your card details are handled by the payment provider, not directly by the HTML sales page. After successful payment, access is provided through the checkout platform and/or its delivery email. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and downloading the file.
The Guide is a digital product; no physical book or shipment is included. Visual book mockups are illustrations of the downloadable PDF.
Refunds, cancellation and technical support

Any voluntary refund window and eligibility conditions must be published there and kept consistent with our sales and checkout pages. We honor any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. For duplicate orders, incorrect files, missing delivery, corrupted downloads, or refund requests, contact hello@laptopmoney.co with your order email and receipt or order number. License and permitted use
After purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Guide and use its exercises in your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, share the full PDF, or package the templates or pages as a competing standalone product. All rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners.
No promises of sales or earnings
“First Sale” is the objective of the learning process, not a promise. We do not guarantee any sale, $1,000 revenue result, follower growth, reach, conversions, or a time frame for earnings. Results depend on your product, audience, execution, platform factors, and circumstances.
