Laptop Money / Threads to First Sale

Privacy Policy.

We keep the Guide simple—and aim to be equally clear about purchase data, completed worksheets, advertising measurement, and your privacy choices.

Effective: October 11, 2026 · Applies to Threads to First Sale
SECTION 01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Think Digital LLC, operating as Laptop Money collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or buy Threads to First Sale or contact us about that product. It covers the site pages and our handling of product-related support; Payhip and other services also maintain their own privacy policies.

Questions or requests: hello@laptopmoney.co.

SECTION 02

Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with the site and checkout, we may receive your email address, name, messages sent to support, purchase status, product purchased, order ID, payment amount, refund status, and limited billing details provided by the processor. Website hosting and analytics services may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device data, referral URLs, visited pages, and log timestamps.

We do not need full card numbers or payment-card security codes to sell the Guide; payment processors handle those details under their own policies.

SECTION 03

Your completed worksheets

The Guide is a downloadable PDF. When you fill fields locally on your device and save the file, your answers are not automatically submitted to us. We do not require you to upload your completed worksheets, product sales records, customer lists, usernames/passwords, or platform credentials.

If you store your files in a cloud drive, online PDF editor, or another third-party app, that provider's privacy practices apply. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive data in support messages.

SECTION 04

How we use information

We use relevant information to provide the product, send or support delivery, respond to requests, administer refunds, secure and maintain the site, detect abuse, meet accounting and legal obligations, understand site performance, and improve our products. Where permitted, we may measure advertising campaigns and provide product updates or marketing to those who consent or where another lawful basis applies.

Purchase receipts and file-access communications are transactional and are separate from optional promotional emails.

SECTION 05

Payhip and other providers

The intended payment and file-delivery provider for this product is Payhip, together with its payment processors. Those providers collect information directly during checkout and handle purchase and payment records under their own policies; review Payhip's privacy information.

Our hosting provider may process data to deliver the site and maintain security. We may use providers for support, transactional email, bookkeeping, security, and website measurement as reasonably necessary. We may share information where legally required or to protect rights and prevent fraud.

SECTION 06

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our site or connected services may use necessary browser storage and cookies for basic function, security, and diagnostics. If Meta Pixel or other analytics/advertising tags are enabled, they may collect technical or interaction data to measure site visits and advertising performance. We do not intentionally pass filled worksheets, private customer lists, passwords, or sensitive account information to ad pixels.

See Meta's Privacy Policy for its practices. Non-essential cookies, consent choices, and opt-out mechanisms must be configured in line with the tracking technologies actually deployed and applicable law. Blocking browser cookies may affect certain third-party functions.

SECTION 07

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restrictions of certain personal data; opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or sale/sharing; withdraw consent; or appeal certain privacy decisions. Email hello@laptopmoney.co to submit a request. We may verify your request using reasonable information and may retain records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal purposes.

Where promotional emails are offered, you can unsubscribe using the link provided in the email or contact us.

SECTION 08

Retention and security

We retain records only as reasonably needed for service delivery, customer support, legal compliance, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Different types of data may have different retention periods. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process data in other regions, subject to any applicable legal safeguards.

SECTION 09

Marketing choices and minors

We do not treat a digital-product purchase as automatic permission to send unrelated promotional campaigns where consent is required. Marketing subscriptions, if offered, should be optional and include an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.

The product and purchasing experience are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can assess the situation.

SECTION 10

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in providers, tracking tools, site practices, or legal requirements. We'll revise the effective date and give additional notice when required.
